At our factory in Odenwald, we produce a wide range of different items for a variety of applications. Since our company was founded in 1984, we have been manufacturing acrylic bathtubs using a vacuum thermoforming process with GRP reinforcement. Over time, steam baths and solarium covers have been added to our range of conventional sanitary ware such as baths and shower trays.

Plastics processing in contract manufacturing according to your requirements
As a traditional contract manufacturer, we can meet our customers' product requirements in a variety of ways with our equipment and machines. For example, we have a thermoforming machine for components up to 2450 x 2450 x 900 mm in size and a large CNC milling machine. Our modern machinery also includes a GRP fiber spraying system for reinforcing components and a high-pressure PU system for coating outdoor whirlpools, to name just a few examples.
