History of formatherm Kunststoff GmbH

In 1984, master electrician Albert Flicker founded formatherm Kunststoff GmbH in Mudau. His idea of manufacturing plastic processing products for all areas of application developed into a successful business in the heart of the Odenwald region. The following years saw the creation of a wide variety of different items. In addition to conventional sanitary ware such as bathtubs and shower trays, the company also produced steam baths and solarium covers, lamp housings, hoods for cable car gondolas, plastic shells for aircraft seats, and advertising displays.

Mr. Dieter Bubeck has been managing the company since 2009. Under his leadership, the product portfolio has been expanded, production processes further developed, and new fields of application created in collaboration with material suppliers. New products have been developed in the field of GRP processing.
